對於這部分廠商來說,漲價是無奈但無可避免的選擇。
那麽如何寫壹封讓客戶能接受的漲價函呢?以下有幾個要點。
#幾點原則01、不必抱歉
首先要明確的壹點是:妳向客戶提漲價,但妳並不是過錯方。所以不要壹上來就給客戶道歉,或是把姿態放得很低,以至於後面有理也不占理,如果客戶趁機提出壹些不合理要求,妳還要怎麽拒絕?
漲價,只是壹個客觀事實,是需要合作雙方去***同消化的問題,在商言商,妳沒有什麽對不起客戶的地方。
但是也要註意,雖然道理是這個道理,但妳也別冷冰冰甩給客戶壹句:
“This letter is meant to inform you about the recent rise in prices of our products.”
除非妳的產品真的不愁賣,不然還是需要註意語氣,做到不卑不亢,有禮有節。
02、有理有據
妳總不能說“因為眾所周知的原因,我們要漲價了”,即使原因真的眾所周知。
匯率漲了幾個點,海運費漲了多少錢,產品涉及的主要原材料分別漲了多少?這些都要在郵件中有個概述,最好能用直觀的圖表來說明。
03、有的放矢
拿著上述證據,也不需要壹股腦全部丟在郵件裏。針對不同客戶,可以從其最關註的地方入手來陳述理由。
比如比較重視價格的,那麽就給他算賬,把增加的成本壹筆壹筆算清楚;
更重視質量的,就要向他證明,為了維持原有的品質,漲價是必然的結果。
04、提醒客戶妳的價值
此外,也要提醒客戶妳能夠提供的價值不僅僅在於產品的價格,客戶也應看到妳在其他方面的付出。
其他客戶還需納入考慮範圍的因素包括:
產品質量的穩定性;
對市場的了解,公司的專業程度,比如新產品、爆款產品的叠代;
服務響應速度和周到程度;
出現問題時的解決能力;
對於交期的掌控能力,甚至可以優先生產該客戶訂單;
合作的時間長短、對彼此的了解等,畢竟溝通成本也是成本。
05、壹步到位
漲價需要壹步到位,不要今天通知客戶漲3%,看客戶沒有強烈抵觸,沒過幾天妳又給客戶漲2%。這種漲法,脾氣再好的客戶都會憤怒。
如果擔心成本繼續攀升,不妨在報價單中列明報價的有效時限,或者約定壹些條款,比如人民幣再升值x個點,報價即失效,等。
06、留出緩沖
漲價生效的時間最好能夠長壹點,給客戶留壹些緩沖和消化的時間。
07、適時逼單
