第壹百零二條\x0d\藥品，是指用於預防、治療、診斷人的疾病，有目的地調節人的生理機能並規定有適應癥或者功能主治、用法和用量的物質，包括中藥材、中藥飲片、中成藥、化學原料藥及其制劑、抗生素、生化藥品、放射性藥品、血清、疫苗、血液制品和診斷藥品等。\x0d\中華人民***和國藥品管理法\x0d\\x0d\美國聯邦食品藥品化妝品法案》中解釋，\x0d\Theterm“drug”means(A)articlesrecognizedintheofficialUnitedStatesPharmacopoeia,\x0d\officialHomoeopathicPharmacopoeiaoftheUnitedStates,orofficialNational\x0d\Formulary,oranysupplementtoanyofthem;and(B)articlesintendedforuse\x0d\inthediagnosis,cure治愈,mitigation（緩解）,treatment（治療）,orpreventionofdiseaseinmanorotheranimals;and(C)articles(otherthanfood)intendedtoaffectthestructureor\x0d\anyfunctionofthebodyofmanorotheranimals;and(D)articlesintendedfor\x0d\useasacomponentofanyarticlespecifiedinclause(A),(B),or(C).l\x0d\andnotmisleadingstatementismadeinaccordancewithsection343(r)(6)of\x0d\thistitleisnotadrugunderclause(C)solelybecausethelabelorthe\x0d\labelingcontainssuchastatement.\x0d\即藥品是指：A在《美國藥典》，《美國順勢療法藥典》，或《國家處方集》或者以上法典的增補版所收載的藥品B用於人或其他動物疾病的診斷、治療、治愈、緩解、治療或預防的物品，C可影響人或者其他動物的軀體結構或任何功能的物品（視頻除外），D可作為A、BC所述的任何物質。
