黑魚湯的做法

用料:黑魚1條(1斤左右)、姜4片、蔥2根、黃酒、壹湯匙、鹽自己調節、開水壹升。

1、魚洗凈後,切塊大概2.5厘米左右,用廚房用紙把魚身的水吸掉。

熱鍋冷油,小火將魚塊放進去煎至兩面稍微有點金黃。

3、放4片姜片

4、將提前燒好的開水貼邊倒進去,大火煮至沸騰。調成中火煮20分鐘。

5、發白的湯就煮好了,加鹽煮壹分鐘。出鍋以後放點蔥花,就OK了

註意事項:

開水提前煮。

魚壹定用廚房用紙吸幹,不然會濺油。
