As many of you already know, Season 1 of America’s Real Deal began airing March 3, 2020 on Facebook Watch. We will be releasing a new air date this spring. Facebook Watch is an incredible platform, projected to double the number of viewers of current television networks. And, rather than simply promote content, it is designed to engage communities, which is why it is statistically and fundamentally a perfect fit for America’s Real Deal.

If Shark Tank allowed the audience to VOTE for their favorite entrepreneur, PURCHASE awesome products, and INVEST as little as $100 into the companies they think are worthy of investment, then it would be America’s Real Deal.

In this revolutionary twist, the viewing audience is in full control of their own potential for success as well as of the potential success of the entrepreneurs pitching their businesses on the show simply by using a mobile app to vote for, purchase products, and invest.

Our Hosts & Contestants!

Entrepreneurs traveled from all across the nation, from Florida to Virginia, California to Texas, and of course from Utah, the hub of our ISM corporate office. These business owners underwent pre-audition interviews, applications, and three additional pitch rounds before they were able to pitch their business to our celebrity hosts Kevin Harrington and Forbes Riley.

Kevin Harrington was an original shark on “Shark Tank,” and the creator of the Infomercial. Forbes Riley calls herself the “Billionaire Business Icon” as she has helped entrepreneurs sell over a billion dollars on QVC and Home Shopping Network.

Out of hundreds of applicants, our executive producers narrowed it down to our Top 16 entrepreneurs and from there they will be narrowing it down to our Top 8 contestants. These contestants have been vetted and their crowdfunding investment offerings have been accepted by the Securities and Exchange Commission to help protect the audience. We are doing something that has never been done before. Through the audience’s engagement, America will decide the winner of America’s Real Deal as they VOTE, BUY, and INVEST in the companies they believe are the REAL DEAL!

The chart to the right shows the growth of monthly users and viewers on social media platforms. In 2015 62% of people watched traditional TV, and 51% watched and streamed digital videos online using social platforms, according to Matchbox iab, and Social Allie.

Valiant Eagle Inc. (OTC:PSRU) Acquires Franchise X Entertainment LLC, A Full-Service Record Label and Artist Management Company

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, February 22, 2020 – Valiant Eagle Inc. (OTC:PSRU) is pleased to announce that it acquired Franchise X Entertainment LLC, a full-service record label and artist management company.

The company is a member of the Recording Industry Association of American (RIAA), and has a pair of featured artists that it has worked hard to develop: Notcho, Belle Aire, and Lavelle. The music of these artists, and others currently in development, is available on popular streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.

The label is unique in that it focuses upon the overcall concept and branding of an artist, alongside their talents. This holistic approach will be further refined by a team of top industry professionals throughout 2020 and beyond.

This recent acquisition by Valiant Eagle, Inc. follows two earlier. Providence Film Group and Providence Films were acquired in a bid to equip Valiant Eagle, Inc. with the ability to create a wealth of in-house content for OKTV, its subsidiary and broadcast entertainment network.

The flurry of activity is strengthening the vertical growth of Valiant Eagle Inc. while also creating new business opportunities. Commenting on the acquisition of Franchise X Entertainment, Valiant Eagle Inc.’s CEO, Xavier X Mitchell, states:

Mad Sin Cinema Announces Sasebo, Throwaway Girl, and Video Star, From Director Shane Ryan

Throwaway Girl is expected to begin production this Spring, and Video Star is expected to begin production this Summer. Both feature newcomer Kade Tabin in the title roles. Sasebo has also just been announced with aims to begin production early next year. The company is currently seeking financing for all three films. Ryan currently wrapped production as an actor on two new films from director Gregory Hatanaka (Samurai Cop 2, Mad Cowgirl, Blue Dream). Choke, which features Ryan as the serial killer known as Brandon, and the giallo-stylized Heartbeat. Both films are expected to be released by Cinema Epoch this Spring.

The Ted Bundy Had a Son trilogy from Ryan is expected to finish production this Spring. The first film in the trilogy includes more than 110 directors worldwide who contributed scenes to the movie. Wild Eye Releasing is distributing. The option to purchase producer credits will close very soon. The trilogy picks up where the Amateur Porn Star Killer trilogy left off over a decade ago. Wild Eye also picked up rights to Ryan’s APSK trilogy and will be giving the series a 4th edition release, along with Ryan’s coming of age drama, The Girl Who Wasn’t Missing.

A New Sci-Fi Stoner Comedy Coming 4/20/2020

January 27, 2020 (SEATTLE) ― In Starbud: The Battle of Zion, writer-director Adam C. Powers seeks to answer the “cannabis conundrum” by taking filmgoers through a not-so-ordinary day-in-the-life of two typical stoners who, upon smoking ganja of mystical origin, find themselves literally transported into an intergalactic battle with forces determined to wipe out all known life in the universe.

Making its debut at the second annual SPLIFF Film Festival on 4/20/20, Starbud goes beyond the stereotypes and tropes found in typical stoner hits like Pineapple Express, Half-Baked, and Cheech & Chong’s Up In Smoke, to get the audience to ask themselves if weed really is the problem everyone says it is, or is it a problem, because it’s a solution?

Cannabis, or hemp, is considered by many as the plant of life: Henry Ford’s first Model T was made from it. George Washington and other Founding Fathers grew crops of it. Plastics and houses can be made from it. And the federal government even has a patent on it.

Though cannabis is a plant with the power to reduce waste, eliminate reliance on fossil fuels, and reverse the damage done to the planet, it is still illegal, in over a dozen states.

Through Starbud, Powers gives viewers a crash course on the healing powers of hemp, and its ability to save and reshape a distressed planet.
